I was worried about dragging my cats along on a thousand mile road trip for a move when a friend recommended FILAWAY. It's basically a Glade-like plug-in that exudes a smell similar to pheromones produced by lactating mama kitties. Gotta rave about it: MY CATS LOVE IT!!! 2 hotels and one new apartment later, they are SO well-adjusted. Happy smiles and lots of purring/rolling around to show how chill they are.
How do I know it works? When it's off they yowl. And pace. I'm a little concerned they could become addicted to Filaway...anyone else have that issue?
But for now, I can't recommend it enough for cat owners going through big changes or with kittens who need some help chilling out/adjusting...it's like kitty xanax!

Wed, February 6, 2008 - 12:44 PMI had it for 2 months. It didnt do much for my cat. I wanted it to make her nicer and have less anxiety because she excessively grooms herself. So maybe it is not for that. If it did do something, I didn't notice. It is pretty pricey though so I stopped buying it.
