  Topaz died today. Deb and I buried him at the grace house.

  terribly sorry for your loss. One of mine passed back in February, and i still haven't completely been able to accept that old Shadow is gone, though the rest of the clan of fuzzmonkeys has done their level best to assume all of her goofy behaviors since she passed on, so i guess maybe she is still sort of here.
